FBP type micro-air consumption blast heating regeneration adsorption dryer
The compressed air is controlled by the valve into the A tower and absorbed, and the purified compressed air is output to the downstream gas point by the exhaust stop valve. The air in the atmosphere is inhaled by the blower, heated to the appropriate temperature, enters the B tower, regenerates the B tower, and analyzes the moisture adsorbent of the B tower. After the heating is completed, a small amount of finished gas is drawn from the outlet of the equipment to cool the bed. FBP type micro-gas consumption drum heat adsorption dryer is relatively simple in structure, dew point temperature, low gas consumption, suitable for a large gas range, can be widely used in semiconductor, chemical, lithium, steel and other industries with high dew point demand.
