Equipment composition

Compressed air purification unit

It mainly consists of a filter, a combined dryer and the like.

The compressed air supplied by the air compressor is first passed to the compressed air purification.The compressed air is first removed by the gas water separator and the pipeline filter to remove some oil, water and dust, and then the combined dryer is used to further remove oil, water and dust, and the fine filter removes oil and dust, and is followed by Ultra-fine filter for deep purification.

The rigorous design of the air purification ensures the service life of the zeolite molecular sieve.The clean air after the purification treatment can be used for instrument air.

Compressed air buffer unit

Mainly composed of air storage tanks (including accessories).

Reduce the pulsation of the airflow and act as a buffer to reduce the pressure fluctuation of the system, so that the compressed air can be smoothly purified by the compressed air, so as to fully remove the oil and water impurities and reduce the load of the subsequent psa oxygen-nitrogen separation device.At the same time, when the adsorption tower is switched, it also provides a large amount of compressed air required for rapid pressure rise in a short time for the psa oxygen-nitrogen separation equipment, so that the pressure in the adsorption tower rises quickly to the working pressure, ensuring stable and reliable equipment. run.

Nitrogen separation unit

It mainly consists of adsorption tower, adsorbent, compact cylinder, muffler, program-controlled valve and accessory instrument.

Oxygen buffer unit

It is mainly composed of oxygen buffer tank (including accessories), filter, flow meter, and its attached instruments.

Oxygen taken from the psa oxygenation mechanism will first be stored in an oxygen buffer tank.

Oxygen buffer tank function: equalize the pressure and oxygen content of the product gas, and provide a regeneration gas source as a process tank for the oxygen-nitrogen separation unit.
